Automated Meter Reading (AMR) Water Meter

Dear Customer,

Harris County MUD No. 419 has approved the replacement of your existing water meter with an Automated Meter Reading (AMR) water meter.  The AMR system provides residents the tools to see their daily water usage and set up parameters for alerts. Leaks can be noticed early on, as opposed to waiting for a bill reflecting abnormally high usage.

Inframark will replacing existing water meters with AMR water meters beginning late this month. The project will take place over the next two years and is projected to be complete by March 2022. We thank you for your patience and hope you enjoy the benefits of the new AMR water meter.

Below are instructions on how to access your AMR water meter information:

  1. Visit https://eyeonwater.com/signup on your computer using a supported web browser.
  2. Enter your mailing address zip code: 77433
  3. Enter your account number: 60419-4190XXXXXX (please enter using this format)
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Create and confirm a password.
  6. You will get a confirmation email from BEACON. You must verify your email address by clicking on this link. Once you do, you can sign in using your email and password.

If you have two account numbers with Harris County MUD No. 419 and would like to have one login for both accounts.  Please follow instructions 1 to 6 referenced above for one of the accounts.  Once completed, please contact Mackenzie Osborne by email at mackenzie.osborne@inframark.com or by phone at 349-420-5061 to link the additional account.

  2. Download the free App to your iPhone or Android Phone.
  3. Open the App.
  4. Tap on the Register button.
  5. Tap on “Enter your account information Manually”.
  6. Enter your Zip Code.
  7. Select your water provider.
  8. Enter your Account ID.
  9. Tap on the Next button.
  10. Enter a valid e-mail address.
  11. Create and confirm a password.
  12. Verify that you have read the Terms of Service.
  13. Tap on the Next button.
  14. An email will be sent to the address you provided.
  15. Click or tap on the link in the email to verify it is valid.
  16. You can now sign in to your account.
