Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 419 (HCMUD 419) is committed to keeping residents informed as we transition from Inframark to Si Environmental, LLC as the District’s water and sewer operator. Below is a quick update on what’s already taken place and what to expect this week.
Transition Update – Friday, September 19, 2025
- Final Inframark bills have been mailed.
- These bills are payable to Si Environmental by check or in person at a Si Environmental office.

- Once customers receive their first Si Environmental bill (anticipated later in October), they will be able to use their new account numbers to set up online payments, auto-draft, and other convenient payment options.
- There will be no late fees or disconnections in September or October, so residents who prefer to wait may pay their balances once the first Si Environmental bill is issued.
Next Week (September 14–20)
- The focus will shift to setting up customer accounts with Si Environmental, which is necessary before online payment and billing features are available.
