Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 419 (HCMUD 419) is committed to keeping residents informed as we continue the transition from Inframark to Si Environmental, LLC as the District’s water and sewer operator.

Update on the Transition
The conversion of customer account data from Inframark is progressing well. Si Environmental expects to have its systems updated with all HCMUD 419 information soon. This step will allow customer service representatives to serve residents with greater efficiency.
Once this process is complete, smart meter data will be transferred into Si Environmental’s system, enabling the operator to access meter information for the upcoming billing cycle.
After residents receive their first bill from Si Environmental, they will be able to:
- Set up an online account
- Enroll in electronic payment options
- Connect the EyeOnWater app to their new account number
Upcoming Event: Tax Rate Hearing & Meet the Operator
HCMUD 419 will hold a Tax Rate Hearing and Meet the Operator event on Wednesday, October 9, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakeland Activity Center.
This meeting will provide residents the opportunity to:
- Hear from the Board regarding the District’s tax rate
- Meet representatives from Si Environmental
- Ask questions directly to both the operator and the Board
All residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
Please Note: Sidewalk Safety Sewer Manhole Repairs
HCMUD 419 is also addressing lifted sanitary sewer manholes that may create tripping hazards along sidewalks. Residents are encouraged to report issues through the BWA Connect app with the address, a photo showing the word SANITARY on the cover, and a photo with scale (such as a ruler or coin).
Repairs will be considered when the cover is raised more than ½ inch. Manholes labeled STORM SEWER are the responsibility of Harris County.
