Transition Update – Week of October 3, 2025

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 419 (HCMUD 419) is continuing the transition from Inframark to Si Environmental, LLC. Here’s what’s happening this week:

**Operator Transition Update **

• All resident data has been successfully transferred to Si Environmental’s system. One final update is expected to be finished by Monday, after which our call center will have the most current information to assist all HCMUD 419 residents.

• After receiving their first bill from Si Environmental, residents will be able to:

  • Set up online accounts for electronic payments

  • Connect the EyeOnWater app to their new account number

  📍 Lakeland Activity Center, Bridgeland
  Residents can meet representatives from Si Environmental, ask questions about the operator transition, and discuss the proposed tax rate with the Board.

  Stop by to enjoy activities and a special guest debut! (We won’t give away too much— come see for yourself.)

• Hazardous Waste Disposal Day
  📅 Saturday, October 25 | 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  📍 Josey Lake Park
  Properly dispose of paints, chemicals, and other household hazardous materials.

  Landscaping & Watering Reminder

  Now that it’s October, lawns need less watering. Residents can reduce irrigation to match cooler fall temperatures.
